Subscription & Credits

View and manage your Gridie subscription plan and credit status. Access from User Menu → Settings → Subscription tab.

Checking Your Current Plan

View your current subscription plan name and status at the top of the screen.

Click the Manage subscription button to go to the Stripe customer portal where you can change payment methods, cancel subscriptions, and more.

Credits

Credits are consumed when using agent features. They’re used for AI computation tasks like sending chat messages, running workflows, and executing code.

Plan Credits

The base credits provided monthly based on your subscription plan. Check the usage bar to see remaining credits for this month.

  • Bonus credits are shown separately when available.
  • When plan credits run out, on-demand credits are needed for additional AI tasks.

On-Demand Credits

To continue using the service after plan credits are exhausted, enable on-demand credits. This is a pay-as-you-go model where you’re charged only for what you use.

On-demand credits must be enabled separately in subscription settings. Without enabling them, AI features will be restricted when plan credits run out.

Workflow Limits

The number of workflows you can create is limited by your subscription plan. Check how many you’re currently using and upgrade your plan if needed.

Credit Usage History

The usage history table shows when and what tasks consumed credits.

Displays 10 per page with previous/next buttons to navigate.

Upgrading Your Plan

If you’re on the Free plan, select a paid plan at the bottom of the subscription tab to upgrade.

Click Free trial or Upgrade now to go to the Stripe payment screen.

Resuming Your Subscription

If you’ve cancelled your subscription and want to resume, click the Resume subscription button. You can restore your previous plan without re-entering payment information.
