How can I share?

It is largely divided into 2 types.

Workspace Sharing: Classified as Admin ・ Member
Folder Sharing: Permissions can be set separately for each folder (Full permissions ・ Workbook read and write ・ Workbook read only)

What happens if I delete from a team shared folder?

Only shared administrators can delete.

How many people can I share with?

Workspace: Only as many as the number of sheets you’re subscribed to. Only available in Team ・ Enterprise.
Folder: Anyone who is a workspace member can set it up.

Can 2 or more people edit at the same time?

Simultaneous editing is not currently available.
When multiple people access a workbook at the same time, only one person can edit at a time.
