Playbook

A playbook is a template that saves frequently repeated work procedures and loads them whenever needed. Once created, the AI agent continues work in the same flow, allowing you to quickly proceed with regular reports or inspection routines.

Opening the playbook panel

  1. Click the book icon at the top of the right AI panel.
  2. The playbook list appears, where you can check existing playbooks or create new ones.

Creating a new playbook

  1. Click the New Playbook button and enter a title and description.
  2. Write prerequisites or required materials in Requirements, and the actual procedure order in Steps.
  3. You can add as many steps as needed, and create new lines with Enter or the Add button.
  4. When saved, it’s immediately reflected in the list, and all steps are automatically saved.

Editing and reordering steps

  • Drag the handle icon on the right of each step to reorder them.
  • Use the Copy and Delete buttons to quickly modify or reuse playbooks.
  • When editing is complete, click the Save button to confirm changes.

Playbook usage tips

  • Bringing into chat: Click the Insert into Chat button on the right of a playbook to add the description and steps to the chat input field, and the AI will help with work in order.
  • Adding detailed instructions: The more specifically you write each step, like “organize data → write summary → create graph”, the more accurately the AI will follow.
  • Linking with folders: Create playbooks tailored to specific folders/workbooks, and you can apply them immediately when working in those folders.

Try using it for these tasks

  • Regular reports like weekly sales workspace and project progress reports
  • Repetitive data processing like customer list updates, contact verification, and status classification
  • Pattern work where only variable values need to be changed after template creation

Using playbooks well eliminates the need to explain similar requests every time, and allows you to share work with team members in the same way.
